The Pakistan Cricket Board granted ownership of the franchise to Nadeem Omar for $11.35 million, payable over 10 years. Nadeem Omar, in addition to being a dedicated businessman, is an avid cricket fan who has provided consistent guidance to the team.
In November 2025, Nadeem Omar extended the franchise rights for the next decade, 2026–2035, with the renewal based on the findings of a valuation conducted by Ernst & Young. As of now, Quetta Gladiators are paying a franchise fee of Rs. 410 million per year, equivalent to 410 million Pakistani Rupees.
